The newspaper Yorodozu Chbho, quotes the Premier, Takashi Hara, as saying that the Japanese delegates to the Washington Conference design to obtain a perfect agreement among the powers based on the fundamental principles of .respect for a world opendoor, removal of raci.nl barriers and assurances for the existence of mankind.
