SILESIAN QUESTION
DRAFT SCHEME ADOPTED, (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) PARIS, October 5. The Silesian Commission adopted in principle a draft scheme which will lie submitted to M. Briand and Mr Lloyd George. It is understood that the solution will be the modification of the Porsa line, to tile advantage of Poland. It is proposed to arrange an economic agreement between Germany and Poland to meet Ihc difficulties that may arise later. The economic administration of the industrial region will be entrusted to an International Commission without political competency.
