The Belfast Parliament has adjourned to December 13, the speaker having power to call a special meeting if untoward events arise. Sir James Craig sa'id, "Thus far I have received no invitation to a conference in London, but am willing to participate if asked. If I refused I would be open to grave misrepresentation in Britain." NEW YORK, October 5.
Viscount Pirric, an Ulster Senator, who arrived two days ago to investigate the oil situation, hurriedly returned to London to-day on a summons to an important political conference.
