Trade papers are informed from Berlin that negotiations arc proceeding between the representatives of the Australian Wool Syndicate, the German Government and the Saxon spinners, with the object of arranging terms for supplying German mills with 20,000,000 dollars' worth of wool on the basis that., the mills refine and Australians market . the finished product.
