BUBONIC PLAGUE
THE AFFECTED RATS. (United Press Asosciation.) SYDNEY, Sept. 21. Dr Armstrong, Director-General o£ l Public Health, slates that though only one rat on the Wyrecroa showed definite signs of plague, the other five had doubtless died of the same disease, but were 100 far decomposed to allow a. thorough investigation.
