INTERVIEWED AT HONOLULU. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received September 20, 7.00 p.m. HONOLULU, September 10. Mr Massey, in an interview, sain that Hie party agreement between the United States, Britain and Japan, would be the best arrangement in the interests of Ihc world, and he expressed the hope that lids could he attained at the armament conference, since it would settle Ihc Pacific problems for some lime at least, and would he a great step towards a tasting peace.
