Messrs J. R. Fow and Go., Ltd., draw attention to their mid-week sale tomorrow, when they will offer two tons second-hand roofing iron, poultry, produce and £6OO worth of drapery. Messrs Ellerm and Day will sell at their mart, Ward Street, 10-morrow, at 1.30 p.r 11 ., on account of Messrs Harnett, A Holt and Fee, a large list of general groceries, etc., absolutely without reserve. In their usual column to-day Messrs Loughlin Bros., advertise their weekly sale list in which will be found a varied and useful lot of bedroom and kitchen furnishings, full pens of poultry of all descriptions, and a miscellaneous collection of sundries too numerous to particularise. Anyone wanting good furnishings should not miss this golden opportunity, as the marl is packed with a splendid collection of goods. The sale will commence at 12 o’clock sharp. To-morrow afternoon at 2 o’clock, in the King’s Theatre, Hamilton, Messrs Smith and llalcombe, Ltd., will submit to auction 19 sections comprising the Dudley Estate, oa Dudley Terrace, off Norton Rond, Franklon Junction. The. property is judiciously sub-divided and the areas range from 25 perches to Macros. The estate has frontages to live streets and is on Hamilton side of the railway line. The auctioneers draw attention to the extremely easy terms 10 per cent, deposits as advertised in our auction columns.
