The following barometer and thermometer readings, taken from 0 a.m. daily, and weather conditions, are kindly supplied by Mr James Bremner;— Thermometer. Monday 67 no Tuesday 69 51 Haromctsr. Tuesday 29715 Wednesday 29.55 Yesterday continued stormy, wil.li high winds and occasional heavy rain showers, and more variation in temperature. The barometer is rising, but still very low reading to-day, 29.55. Indications are for occasional showers, with brisk to high winds, from northwest, hacking later lo south-west and south, and clearing.
