The town is quiet and business has been resumed. Political arrests continue. DELHI, February 26. Rlza Khan refuses to accept the Anglo-Persian agreement in its present form, lie intends to create a new army, retaining the Cossacks as a special pK\r<\. The new Cabinet lias held its first meeting. The Shall of Persia has issued a proclamation, approving of the Cossack coup, and appointing Salycd Ziuddin Hie Premier. A Commission has been appointed. consisting of our Persian and twu Europeans, to investigate the possibility of economy in connection with tlie Ministry of Finance, and probably also other departments. The Ministry of Justice has closed 1 r-nding reorganisation.
