Is it not a fact they are at present paying:—Kwe nuillon, Jjd per lb; wether mutton. 4Ad tier lb: row beef, 25s per cwl ; second-clas i cow beef, 17s 6d per e\v(; steer beef, 37s 6d p«*r cwl; second-class steer beef, 27s 6d per cwl; lambs, woolly, l)d per lb.
