Ip this instance, however, I am told j that there were not more than about a dozen beekeepers present, and if that he the case the headings above your | report arc rather misleading. In lair- ] ness to ourselves and to the interests ' of beekeepers generally, I would suggest that you publish the fact that the considerable stir at To Awamutu, where the beekeepers conferred, was confined approximately to one dozen individuals, if this fact had been disclosed in your report, we should have been perfectly satisfied for you to 'give the fullest publicity to the proceedings. —I am. etc., \V. .1.
