STOLEN SUGAR. ADMISSIONS BY ACCUSED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Thursday. The thefl of four tons of sugar from Bond and Bondis warehouse, over a period of nearly nine months, was admitted in tlie police court by William David James (storcman), and Walter Strong (Carter). The accused had made statements implicating themselves and others. Sentence was deferred, pending the hearing of charges of receiving the stolen sugar against three other persons. AUCKLAND, Friday.
