The following barometer and thermometer readings, taken at 0 a.m. daily, and weather conditions, are kindly supplied by Mr James Breninor;— Th«rmomeur. Wednesday ... (59 41 Thursday 70 54 Barometer. Thursday £9-95 Friday 29.95 Yesterday was fair, and partly overeast, with variable winds, mostly north and west. The barometer continued to rise yesterday, but is now stationary at I 30.20. Indications arc for fair, and i partly OYercast weather during lh-3 ! next is hours, with north-west to j soulh-w-cst winds. The Weather Bureau wires: IndiI cations are for southerly moderate to strong winds, and veering by south to west. There is a prospect of fine weather, ami it will probably become warmer. The barometer shows 'utile movement.
