Owing to the revolt of two genents, Tangsbibyao, the ruler of \unnan, fled. The" revolt weakens the Southern, position. Russians of the White Army, who j were driven out of Siberia, have joined the Mongols. The town of I>ga, which has been besieged for months, has fallen, llutuku. the living Buddi, escaped from the city before its fall and joined the revolting Mongols. The position of Chinese Mongolia is regarded as precarious.
