THE SOUTH AUCKLAND MATCH AT HAMILTON ON 22nd AND 23rd. At a meeting of the committee appointed to make arrangements for the visit of Hie Australian XI. to Hamilton on Tuesday and Wednesday next, the secretary reported that arrangements were well in hand. The South Auckland team will bat 15 men and field with 11. Refreshments for Hie public will be obtainable on Hie ground, and Mr Eheri Wilson kindly offered to sec to Hie entertainment of Hie visiting and local players. It was decided to take the players on a moonlight excursion on Hie river on the Tuesday night, leaving the wharf at 8 o'clock. The public, will he admitted by ticket, which may bo obtained from members of the committee. Messrs Jordan, Hare and Day were appointed an entertainment and programme committee. The hope was expressed flint the headmasters of Hie schools will allow tiie senior boys to attend Hie match. Full arrangements are being made for Hie seating of the public. SOUTH AUCKLAND TEAM.
