DRASTIC MEASURES
BY THE MOSCOW'SOVIET. ALLEGED TREACHERY PUNISHED, (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received February 7, 11.55 a.m. LONDON, February 6. A Moscow message states that, according to tlie Soviet newspaper Isvestla, a special Soviet trbiunal 'at Tomsk found the entire revoldtionary committee In Siberia guilty of treacherous negotiations with Japan. Six were shot, and others sentenced to life imprisonment. The Soviet is arranging an agreement with China against Japan.
