THE NORTHCOTE CUP. (United Press Association.) SYDNEY, February 5. The first of the 1 U2l aeries of yacht races for the Northcote Cup resulted: Awanui 1, The Rip 2, Killara 1!, Rawhiti 11. 1. The Awanui led throughout, and won by 3m Bs. Received February 0, 5.5 p.m. SYDNEY, February 6. The second race for the Northcote Cup resulted: Awanui 1, The Rip 2, Killara 3. Won by cigiil minutes twenty-three seconds. Raving won two successive races New South Wales retains the cup.
