PEACE REIGNS
ON ALL RUSSIAN FRONTS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, December 6. A Moscow wireless message says that peace reigns on all the Russian fronts. The last remnants of General Balahovitch’s army entered Poland, and were disarmed by the authorities, who also declared General Petlura and his Government civil prisoners, and interned them in Kelly.
