♦ LONDON CHEESE MARKET. HEAVY LOSSES BEING MADE. The produce department of the Bank of New Zealand has received the following advice from their London office:—"The prospects for cheese are very uncertain; market is overstocked; lower prices are anticipated; heavy losses are being made. English cheese is offered at is 3d lb."
