RalliS' (the Premier) denies that the Cabinet intends to resign as the result of the three-Power Note. The plebiscite will proceed as arranged. The Government will request explanations regarding Conslariline's allege'J disloyalty and hostility towards the Entente. M. Rallis added that Greece is willing to fullll her Treaty obligations. INTIMIDATING THE ELECTORS. AT TAKING OF THE PLEBISCITE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received December 7, 9.40 p.m. PARIS, December 6. Telegrams from Athens assert that the supporters of Constantino are intimidating the electors into voting for his recall. Troops were marched to the poll and ordered how to vote. Secrecy does not exist.
