ONE BIG UNION
MOVEMENT IN NEW ZEALAND. FAVOURED IN AUCKLAND. BY CARPENTERS AND JOINERS. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Saturday. Mr Grayndler, General Secretary of the New Zealand Workers' Unions, has received a telegram from Auckland, stating that the Auckland Builders' and General Labourers' Unions, comprising over 5000 members, held a ballot on the question of joining the New Zealand Workers' Union, otherwise known as the One Big Union movement, the result being almost unanimously in favour of joining.
