RACIAL CONFLICTS IN BOHEMIA. GERMANS DESTROY BOOKS. CZECHS RAID GERMAN PROPERTY. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received November 18, 8.45 p.m. VIENNA, November 17.
Racial conllicts have occurred in Bohemia, especially al Prague, between Germans and Czechs. Following the Czechs' destruction of a statue of the Austrian Emperor Joseph, at Tcplitz, the Germans raided the Czechs' schools, colleges and libraries, and threw thousands of bonks into the streets. The Czechs entered the German houses and institutions and destroyed all portraits of the Emperors Karl and William.
