STATE SUBSIDIES GRANTED. ’(Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) TOKIO, October 13. The Government has approved of a Bill granting a Slate subsidy I Japanese steamer lines, among whlen are included new lines to South America, Java, Bangkok, Shanghai and South China.
