Ucceivd October 14, 5.5 p.m. DELHI, October 13. ’l’lie Afghan delegation to India lias been recalled to Kabul owing lo a reported change in the attitude of the Amir towards the British Government. 'Die Afghan Minister is proceeding to Tashkent and Mcrv to meet Djemal Pasha, who is staying at the latter place with a small Turkish-Russlan foliowing. The Amir has provided facilities for the reception of various Bolsheviks who arc arriving at Kabul in small batches. MOSLEM FEELING AROUSED. RUTHLESSNESS IN BOKHARA. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received October 14, 5.5 p.m. DELHI. October 13. Indignation lias been caused among Dio Moslems in Central Asia by the Bolshevik ruthlessness against the civil population of Bokhara, who have been driven from the city. Refugees arriving at Meshed, state that the Bolsheviks’ artillery destroyed the city, which was set on fire in three places. Tin' Beds seized Hie Government and oilier officials, whose fate is not known.
