THE PEACE TREATY
FULFILLING FINANCIAL CLAUSES (Reuter.) LONDON, April 12. Definite steps towards the fulfilment of the financial clauses of the Peace Treaty are heralded by semi-official Berlin advices, foreshadowing the seizure of all German-held shares in companies in the Allied countries. Compensation will be granted on the basis of quotation of such shares on 10th January.
