The following barometer and thermometer readings, taken at 9 a.in. daily, and weather indications, are kindly supplied by Mr James Bremner: Thermometer. Max. Alin. Satnrdav 75 58 Monday 72 58 Barometer. Monday 29.75 Tuesday 29.90 Yesterday was fair and partly overcast, with westerly grinds. The barometer is rising. The indications are fur fair and partly overcast weather during the next 48 hours, with brisk westerly to south-westerly winds and lower temperature. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong, squally at times. Expect changeable and showery weather. The barometer has a rising tendency.
