The cricket competition locally, •which was interrupted by the holidays, was continued on Saturday, High’ School and Warwick gaining three point win. HIGH SCHOOL V. HAMILTON. In their first innings High School made 72 runs and Hamilton 51 runs. On Saturday High School made 73 in their second innings. Inder, who made 54 on his first visit to the wickets, also second innings ton scorer. Speight made 13 not out and Prosser 12. Hamilton, requiring 95 runs to save a two-innings defeat, could aggregate only 74. They hatted three men short. Edwards (21 not out) was top scorer; Kirkman made 14 and Patterson 13.
