SWIMMERS’ TOUR ABANDONED. {By Telecrraph.—Press Association.) ‘ 'CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. Norman Ross, the American swimmer will be unable to reach New Zealand Mil the end of February, and will be obliged to leave in March. The New Zealand Swimming Association have therefore communicated with the Australian un’nn abandoning the arrangements Ross’ tour.
