They have captured Dvinsk, and are advancing on Pskoff. ATROCITIES BY KOLCHAK’S ARMY, HUNDREDS EXECUTED DAILY. ) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received January 7, 7.35 p.m. TOKIO, Jan., 0. The leaders of the Czech forces in Siberia have presented to the Allied missions attached to Admiral Kolchak, a protest against the barbarities of Kolchak’s army. The - note says that under the protection of Czecho-Slovak bayonets, Russian troops commit crimes which would horrify the worid if known. The crimes include the burning of villages, and murdering peaceful Russian inhabitants, executing hundreds of people of democratic convictions daily, including revolting executions at Vladivostock. These horrors largely account for the hatred against Kolchak.
