DEMANDS BY NATIONAL COUNCIL. FOR REMOVAL OP OFFICERS. (Router’s Telegrams.) Received January 7, 5.5 p.m. DELHI, January 6. The Indian National Congress at Amritsar adopted a motion demanding ■that in view of the revelations in the evidence before the Hunter Commission General Dyer be removed from his command; also that in view of Sir Michael O’Dwyer’s endorsement of the firing on the crowd, and the brutal treatment of the Punjabs, the Government be requested to relieve him of his duties as a preliminary to legal proceedings. . ,
