AMERICA AND THE TREATY
APPROVAL OF RESERVATIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received Jan. 5, 9.40 p.m.) NEW YORK, Jan. 4. The New York Times’ Washington correspondent says that it is intimated that Mr Bryan advocates ratification of the Treaty with reservations, and does not object to the reservations to Article X. It is understood that he will inform Mr Wilson that the Democratic Party’s success at the Presidential election depend on the speedy ratification of the Treaty in some form.
