WOODLANDS DRAINAGE BOARD. ■JVTOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Woodlands Drainage Board, at a meeting, to be held on MONDAY, 19th January, 1920, at the Board’s Office, in the Waikato County Council Chambers, Hamilton East, to MAKE and LEVY a UNIFORM GENERAL RATE over the original area of the Woodlands Drainage District, under provisions contained in The Land Drainage Act, 1908, and The Rating Act, 1908, of three-farthings in the pound, on the rateable capital value of all rateable property shown on the Valuation Roll of the Woodlands Drainage District for the year ending 31st March, 1920. The General Rate is to take effect from Ist April, 1919, to the 31st March, 1920, and is to be payable in one sum on the Ist day of February, 1920, to the Collector, T. B. Insoll, at the County Office, Grey street, Hamilton East, where the Valuation Roll of the aforesaid district can be inspected during office hours. That in terms of Section 28 of The Eating Amendment Act, 1910, an additional 10 per cent will be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of six months and fourteen days from the demand thereof.
