FELL UNDER TRUCK. (Hv Telegraph.—Press Association.) TAUMARUNUI, Wednesday. A Dalmatian, 25 years of age, named Mate Autonoviteh, who was injured while working on (he railway construction works at Mature on Friday last, died at the Taumarunui Hospital early this morning. Deceased, while attempting to unhitch a horse from a truck, was knocked down, and dragged along under the front of the truck. An inquest will be held on Monday. LINESMAN ELECTROCUTED. AUCKLAND, Wednesday. A telegraph linesman named Alcxanifer Anderson, while af work on a ladder at Eden Terrace, came in contact with a high tension wire, and was killed installtlv. A companion on whom he fell was slightly injured.
