PROHIBITION IN AMERICA. , DECLARED CONSTITUTIONAL. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received Deeember 16, 5.5 p.m. WASHINGTON, December 15. War-time prohibition has been held to be constitutional, according to the United States Supreme Court. Prohibition, will accordingly be effective until the constitutional amendment making prohibition permanent becomes operative. This finding ends the recent wet spell.
