CLEMENCEAU OVATED. DECISIONS ARRIVED AT. NO TRUCK WITH BOLSHEVIKS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received December 15, 8.15 p.m. LONDON, December 14. Many French residents gave an ovalion to M. Clerrienceau. when he was leaving from Charing Cross.
The conference decided not to treat .with the Bolsheviks, and to extend only oral encouragement to the anti-Bol-iSheviks.
It was also resolved to refrain from any ■ diplomatic representations at Washington concerning the Senate's reservations to the Treaty. The conference lengthily discussed the coal situation, the French Government wishing to be assured of a regular supply.
