RUSSIAN SITUATION
ADVANCE AGAINST MOSCOW. BY DENIKEX AND POLES. (Tlic Times.) WARSAW, Dec. 4. A renewed attempt to take Moscow lias been started by combined General Denikcn's and Polisli forces. The latter have established contact with General Deniken's army at Volochesk and elsewhere. An advance has been begun. lIELSINGFORS, Dec. 4. Lenin addressed a large gathering at Moscow, lie commenced by saying, "When I am executed," but the audience interrupted with. "That will never be." Lenin calmly resumed, "When I am executed the whole world will see that I am right." REPATRIATION NEGOTIATIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) COPENHAGEN, Dec. 4. Litvanoff has issued a statement to the effect that while he is hopeful of good result from the repatriation negotiations, he felt bound to say that no satisfactory solution was possible until military operations on Russian territory and the isolation of Soviet Russia was removed. The re-entry of Russia into economic intercourse with the world was of equal importance to herself and the Allies. The longer the war lasted the longer France must wait for the payment of Interest. There was even a possibility that it would not be paid at all.
