CHARGES AGAINST SOCIALISTS. SMUGGLING AND PROFITEERING. LARGE FORTUNES SECURED. (Times.) (Received December 1, 5.5 p m.) BERLIN, Nov. 27. , A sensational story is published, alleging that documents have been discovered proving that prominent Socialists, including Erbert, Noske and Schiedemann, participated- in extensive smuggling and profiteering by which large fortunes were made. The Daily Mail's correspondent states that the documents relate to gigantic transactions, one involving £1,000,000. Schiedemann declares that the majority of the documents are impudent forgeries, but it is asserted by others that thev will bear the closest inspection. :
