THE CAMPAIGN IN PALESTINE. NO PROSPECT OF SUCCESS. FUTURE RELATIONS OBSCURE. - . (Reuter’s Telegrams.) COPENHAGEN, September 16. General von Sanders, in an interdeclared that the Turkish campaign in Palestine never had a prospect of success. Its object was to- draw off troops on the Western front. Asked what Germany’s future relationship with Turkey would be, von Sanders said it would lie best 'to draw the pen through the entire Turkish '-olicy.
