ISSUE OF BIG FUNDING LOAN. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received May 3, 12.15 a.m. LONDON, May 2. It is reported that the Government will shortly issue a great funding loan in the form of i} per cent, consolidated stock. The issue price will be 80. The loan will be repayable by means of a sinking fund, which will be operative in 1067, entirely redeeming the loan by 1977.
