BRITISH RELIEF FORCE. DISPATCH IN A FEW DAYS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.)' Received May 2, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, May 1. The Australasian Press Association learns that the British relief forces leave for North Russia in a few days. A Russian Bolshevik communique, referring to tlie Archangel region, says: "We advanced from the left hank of the Dvina to the river Shuvega. Hoods hinder further progress." NO ACTIVITIES REPORTED. ALONG THE BRITISH FRONT. ARRANGING EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received May 2, f 1.20 p.m. LONDON, May 1. General Ironside reports from Archanger on the 30th that there have been no activities on the British front since April 28th. Three enemy boats have appeared on the Dwina river opposite the British front. Deserters continue to arrive. An official announcement states that the. Bolshevik Government suggested exchanging the imprisoned members of the Rrit : sh M ! ssion in the Caucasus for enrtnin Ri'ssi. ,in s. Negotiations are proceeding for the release of all British prisoners in the Bolshevik hands.
