Berlin advices state that Heir Erzberger sent a Note to Marshal Foch complaining that the Poles contemplate an attack on the German Posen province, and are massing troops on the frontier. Erzberger hints that Germany may be compelled to take countermeasures and also to refuse further facilities for the transport of Polish troops from the west to Poland. It is reported that the German Gov<ernment is mobilising troops in Northern Silesia.
