FALL OF GOVERNMENT REPORTED. FLIGHT OF SEVERAL MINISTERS. (Australian and N.Z. Cabin Assn.) Received May 2, 11.30 p.m: LONDON, May 1. Vienna reports state that the Budapest Government has fallen. Several Ministers fled and some have arrived m Vienna, but they refuse to give in-* formation regarding Budapest happenings. MOBILISATION FOR DEFENCE. . (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received May 3, 1.30 a.m. AMSTERDAM. Apl. 22 (delayed). Herr Belakun's Government has decreed the mobilisation of half the Hungarian population for defence against the Czechs, Roumanians, and JugoSlovaks.
