THE RUGBY PASTIME. SCHOOLS' ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Hamilton Public Schools' Riyjby Association, Mr. F. H. Brown occupied the chair. The balance-sheet showed a credit of £1 on last season's operations. The following . office-bearers were elected :—President, Mr. F. H. Brown; vice-presidents, Messrs Day, Matthews, Seegel; secretary and treasurer, Mr. J. G. Gasoarich. These officers, with Mr. Watkins, will form the-com-mittee. ♦' Mr G-isparich wrs appointed to represent the association on the Hamilton Ruijby Union. It was resolved to commence the competitions on the same date as the senior Rugby game, May 17. The weight was fixed at 8«t at the beginning of the season with a limit of 71b increase during the season. It was reported that nine tenniswould tak' l part in the competition, viz. Hamilton East. Hamilton West. Frankton, Southwell Boys' School, Convent School boys and four High School teams.
