HUNGARIAN SITUATION
DIPLOMATIC RESUMPTION PROBABLE. BOLSHEVIK MOVEMENT UNSUCCESSFUL., (Renter's Telegrams.) Received April 4, 12.45 a.m. PARIS, April 2. Foreign officials expect to resume diplomatic relations with Hungary. The Bolshevist movement has been unsuccessful, and a railway strike in Vienna ended in a few Uieurs.
