Mies Maud Miller, Who was a governess in Princess 'Volkonsky’s family in the .'Ukraine, has arrived in Lond'cm. She relates details as to how the fatally was wiped out. A party of 15 DokShevik soldiers rushed Princess Volkonsky’s houfse and shot Prince Boris ’before his mother’s eyes while at breakfast. Princess Volkonsky and her daughters, Princesses Nrttushia and Matiana, escaped to a neighbouring town, where they remained unmolested for six -weeks. Then the Bolsheviks cut Princess Volkoiysky’s throat, killed Natashia with spears, and smashed in Matiana’s ’head.
