PERSONAL
Mr. Thomas Wilson Walker, town clerk of Invercargill since 1906, and a servant of the corporation for 38 years, died on Tuesday, aged 58 years.
Mr. R. F. Bollard, M.P. for Raglan, is we regret to hear, still confined to his house. He was unable to accompany Hon. D. H. Guthrie, Minister for Lands, on his tour of the lower Waikato to-day and to-morrow.
