GENEVA TO BE THE CAPITAL. (Australian ana N.Z. Cable Assn.) - ' . PARIS, March 31. It is; reported that the Committee has agreed that Geneva shall be the site of the League of Nations capital. LABOUR'S ASPIRATIONS. A COMPLETE DISARMAMENT. RIGHTS OF NATIONALITIES. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received April 2, 12.40 a.m.) PARIS. March 31. Mr. Henderson, Mr. Macdonald, -M. Longuet, M. Renandel, and M. Huysmans interviewed Lord Robert Cecil id connection with the League of Nations. They desired that the League covenant should include something to show that the League's ultimate aim was to secure complete disarmament. Further, that minorities in Parliament should be represented on the Delegates' Council, and that nationalities within other nations should have certain rights.
