Electoral. HAMILTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. "VTOTICE is hereby given that the Hamilton Borough Council proposes to raise a Special Loan under the provisions of The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913. The purpose lor which the loan is required is ter the erection of Workers’ Dwellings, under the provisions of Section 325 of'The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and Sections 52 and 53 of The Municipals Corporations Amendment Act, 1913. The sum proposed to be borrowed is twenty thousand pounds. The proposed security for the loan is the revenue from such Workers’ Dwellings, and a special rate of nine thirty seconds of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property in the Borough of namdton. The loan is to be for a period of thirty years, with interest at five and one-quarter per cent, and a sinking fund of one per cent.
