NEW SCHEME OF DISTRIBUTION,

TOUR OF BATTLE CRUISER SQUADRON,

Fallowing the dispersal, of the Grand Fleet, the Admiralty lias drawn up new plans for the distribution of tire navy, which is to be divided into various squadron* in hbme and foreign waters.

The home fleet is to be commanded by Vice-Admiral Sir Henry Oliver.

The Atlantic squadron, based on home ports, will bo commanded by Admiral Sir Charles Madden. The rest of the Atlantic squadron, based on Bermuda, will be commanded by Admiral A. D. Everett. Admiral Sir John M. de nobuck retains the command of the Mediterranean, and his flag ship will be the Iron Duke. Vice-Admiral Sir Alexander Duff has been appointed commander of the China station.

It is understood that Rear-Admiral Sir R. .1. B. Keyes is taking the battle cruiser squadrons on an extensive tour in foreign waters.
