MATAMATA R.C. ACCEPTANCES. Acceptances for all events on the Matamata Racing Club’s programme close at 4 p.rn. to-day. They must he made with the secretary, Mr A. __ G. Yardlcy, at Matamata. The races will ho held on Thursday next on Mr Bottomley’s course, which is handily situated to the township. WAIKATO HUNT CLUB. The Waikato Hunt Club has been granted permission to race on May 15 this year, and has decided to hold the meeting on the Glaudelands course. At a meeting of the committee, to be held this evening, the programme will be drawn up. The club intends to allot stake money to the value of 1200 sovs for the fixture.
